At Domus Risk LLC, we believe that a security assessment should never become a vulnerability in itself. We guarantee that your private information remains yours. All data collected during a baseline evaluation is securely encrypted and, for clients not on an active retainer, permanently wiped from our infrastructure 30 days after completion of service, ensuring absolute discretion. Additionally, signed NDAs from Domus Risk LLC will be provided to all clients at the beginning and at termination of services.

Sensitive Information Handling

During Baseline Evaluation or Digital Screening, any intelligence gathered is strictly compartmentalized. We utilize end-to-end encryption on all our digital communications. Your personal information is never stored on public-facing servers. Domus Risk LLC will NEVER share data with third-party vendors, without explicit written consent. 

30-Day Data Purge Mandate

For clients who engage us in a one-time audit or assessment, we operate under a strict “Intelligence Without Exposure” mandate. If you do not transition into an active security retainer upon completion of the project, all collected data – including all Domus created roadmaps, assessments, SOPs, EAPs, training documents – is permanently and secretly wiped from our infrastructure 30 days after final delivery. We secure your sanctuary; we do not store it.
